Representative Joe Armstrong spoke at PHEN's 3rd Annual African American Prostate Cancer disparity Summit on September 27, 2007. On December 14th, 2007, Representative Armstrong introduced a resolution at the Annual Meeting of the National Black Cacus of State Legislators which was adopted. This resolution will serve as the basis for PHEN developing a broader base of support and engagement at the state and local government levels.

PHEN extends its sincere thanks to Representative Armstrong and NBCSL for their quick and decisive actions.
